STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT - $3000 (1 day) Strategic planning starts with knowing what you wish to achieve, where you are currently, and what actions you need to take to get from here to there. A strategic plan includes your mission, vision, values, guiding principles as well as your time-less and long-term goals and the actions you'll need to reach them. Strategic plans can come in many forms; they are not a “one size fits all”. How developed your plan needs to be, depends on several factors, including the level of accountability you are trying to create, the time frame for implementing the plan, and the culture of your organization. We are here to help you focus on the strategic planning elements that will create the most value for you, your team, and your organization. Executing your strategies is the key to success. Our strategy development workshops are designed to create clarity, focus, and alignment. We work closely with project sponsors and key stakeholders to guide and encourage them to contribute their ideas, issues, opinions to obtain information that will be useful in developing a strategy for the organization. We simplify this multi-step process to drive organizational clarity, collaboration, and accountability.
